Frequently asked questions
How much share capital do I need?
A Dutch B.V. has no meaningful minimum capital requirement. The share capital can be as low as one cent, although many founders choose a higher amount.
Do I need to come to the Netherlands?
Often not. Many incorporations can be completed with online identification and a power of attorney. The notary decides what is possible in your situation.
