123 Notary is a trade name of 123-NL B.V., Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 88560686). We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this statement.

Which data we process

Your name, contact details, city, preferred language, the information you give us about your matter and any documents you upload. For the notarial deed itself, the notary also processes your identification details as required by law.

Why we process your data

To prepare a quote, to carry out your order, to arrange a notary, interpreter or translator, and to comply with our legal obligations.

Who receives your data

Only the notary, interpreter or translator involved in your matter, and service providers who host our website and email. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep your data

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after twelve months. Order files are kept for seven years because of tax rules.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
