How it works

We take the work off your hands from your first question to the signed deed. The notary does the legal work; we make sure you understand it and that nothing is missing.

  1. 1. Your request

Fill in the request form in your language. Tell us which service you need and upload any documents you already have.

  2. 2. Fixed all-in quote

Within one working day you receive a fixed quote that includes the notary's fee, our service fee, the interpreter if needed and known costs such as registration fees.

  3. 3. Intake and documents

After you accept, we hold a short intake in your language and collect the documents the notary needs, including the identification required by law.

  4. 4. Draft deed

The notary drafts the deed. We explain the draft to you in your language and pass your questions on to the notary.

  5. 5. Signing

You sign the deed at the notary, or online where the notary allows it. A sworn interpreter attends if you need one.

  6. 6. Completion

The notary registers the deed where required. You receive copies of all documents.

Who does what

123 Notary

intake in your language, preparation of your file, coordination with the notary, arranging the interpreter and translations, and keeping you informed.

The notary

legal checks, drafting and executing the deed, legal advice about the deed, identification and registration.

123 Notary is not a notary's office and does not execute notarial deeds. All deeds are drawn up and executed by independent Dutch civil-law notaries with whom we work. The notary remains responsible for the deed and for the legal advice about it.
